Steps to reproduce

Run mozregression -n gve --launch 2022-09-13

Expected results

GeckoView Example nightly from 2022-09-13 is run.

My understanding from bug 1763040 is that GVE nightlies are retained indefinitely since December 2021, and even before were supposed to be retained for one year.

Actual results

$ mozregression -n gve --launch 2022-09-13
 0:03.19 ERROR: Taskcluster file https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/api/queue/v1/task/EbULHGm5S4OP7uX6suo7Ow/runs/0/artifacts/public%2Fbuild%2Fgeckoview_example.apk not available (status code: 404).

The first date which works seems to be 2023-02-13, leading me wonder if there is some sort of 6-month expiration happening.

This is pretty unfortunate since mozregression doesn't support Fenix, and so we rely on its support for GVE to be able to find regression windows going back at least one year (and for nightlies, longer than that).

I'm filing in the mozregression component first, in case the nightlies are in fact being retained and mozregression just isn't looking in the right place.

https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/OPST-701 erroneously deleted a lot of recent GVE nightlies; while some were recovered some were lost.
Bug 1841685 added the logic that generates the error you're seeing.
