Operating system: Android 12
Firefox version:Firefox Nightly 118.0a1 (2015967427-🦎118.0a1-20230810094725🦎)
Preconditions:
Clean profile
Account login performed
Access granted to repository (our test account has it)
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to :https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/issues/new/choose
- Click on the "Get Started" button next to the "Bug Report" section.
- Observe the result.
Expected Behavior:
The pop-up is not covering elements on the page.
Actual Behavior:
The pop-up is covering elements on the page has a fixed position.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Screensrec attached
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 122.1.0 (2016001831-🦎122.0.1-20240205133611🦎)/ Firefox Nightly 124.0a1 (2016003431-🦎124.0a1-20240213210653🦎)
Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)
Operating System: Oppo Find X5 (Android 13) - 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~402 ppi density)
