When loading any Twitch video, either a live stream or a previous broadcast/clip, the video playback doesn't start.

I was able to reproduce the issue on Win10x64 using FF build 118.0a1(20230818212320).
Verified as fixed on Win10x64/Mac 12.6 using FF build 118.0b5(20230905175953) and 119.0a1(20230905215534).
