Pasting text in Whatsapp Web and/or googledocs stopped working some days ago (maybe before 116.3c?). Multiple users are reporting this so maybe someone created a bug already but didn't find it...

Reproduce :
on whatsapp.web, try to paste text with CTRL-V or rightclick paste (with or without formatting) -> nothing happens and nothing in the console's
on whatsapp.web, try to paste image with CTRL-V or right-click - paste : works
in google-docs : paste text or image is working as usual (CTRL-V)

change dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled to false :
on whatsapp.web pasting text is possible, pasting image isn't anymore
on google-docs : pasting stopped working

If this only happens on Whatsapp, it should be a duplicate of bug 1849150.
