Steps to reproduce:
I went into settings, privacy, Cookies and Site Data, manage exceptions and added a domain.
Actual results:
Every domainname (example: www.gmail.com) I added, results in 2 domains being added instead of 1.
Expected results:
There should be only 1 entry but there are 2 entries.

This is intended behavior as we add the HTTP and the HTTPS variant of every entry.
