Steps to reproduce:

I tried watching a YouTube video, when I pressed the icon to make the video full screen Firefox closed itself and when I reopened the app the screen was cut in half.

I tested it with different website and I can replicate it.
I want to specify also that I am using an asus ZenFone 10

Actual results:

Firefox closing itself and Screen cut in half

Expected results:

Full screen video

elverdiemre, thanks for the bug report. The screenshot is very helpful for understanding the problem. I think this bug is either related to, or a duplicate of, another bug we're investigating: bug 1838541.

Is this a new problem in Firefox 116? Did YouTube videos used to play correctly for you?

Hi Chris
i got a new phone in late july (Asus Zenfone 10) and i have this problem since then.
on my old phone (one plus6) i didn't have this bug but i was using an older version of firefox 94.1.2(Build #2015844587).

Maybe the bug is related to the form factor of the phone in the other thread people using a zenfone could reproduce the problem.

I am sorry that i don't have much more information to give you.
