Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 118.0a1 (2023-08-19)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.netdoctor.co.uk
  2. Observe the header.

Expected Behaviour:
The header is displayed without scroll bars.

Actual Behaviour:
The header is displayed with 2 scroll bars (horizontal and vertical).

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible on Chrome
  4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
