Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.fandom.com/
  2. Scroll the page.
  3. Tap on the "Search" button located in the top menu action bar.
  4. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The page has a fixed position

Actual Behavior:
The page scrolls up

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
  • Works as expected using Chrome
  • Screenrec attached
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified the issue but the page had a functionality update. The search query is opened in a new page.
