Firefox version:Firefox Nightly 118.0a1 (2015969251-🦎118.0a1-20230819203421🦎)
Preconditions:
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.fandom.com/articles/holiday-gift-guide-2017-movies
- Scroll the page and located the embedded video.
- Play the video.
- Observe the video control buttons located under the progress bar.
Expected Behavior:
The PiP option is present
Actual Behavior:
The PiP option is missing
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Screenshot attached
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Browsers: Firefox Nightly 124.0a1-20240213210653 / Firefox Release 122.0.1-20240205133611 / Chrome 121.0.6167.144
Note: Not reproducible on Chrome
