Operating system: Android 12
Firefox version:Firefox Nightly 118.0a1 (2015969251-🦎118.0a1-20230819203421🦎)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.fandom.com/articles/holiday-gift-guide-2017-movies
  2. Scroll the page and located the embedded video.
  3. Play the video.
  4. Observe the video control buttons located under the progress bar.

Expected Behavior:
The PiP option is present

Actual Behavior:
The PiP option is missing

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
  • Works as expected using Chrome
  • Screenshot attached
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 122 and 124.

Browsers: Firefox Nightly 124.0a1-20240213210653 / Firefox Release 122.0.1-20240205133611 / Chrome 121.0.6167.144

Note: Not reproducible on Chrome
