I was screensharing and doxxed myself that is why I may have "overreacted" and made made this a security issue because my information was leaked.

I can understand why you were upset, but I think this is expected behavior. The goal of private browsing is to not save history to your local machine, not to prevent state that is already saved on your machine from being visible in the browser.
See Myth 3 on this page.

Hello! thank you for submitting this issue I have managed to reproduce the issue firefox 118.0a1(2023-08-24) on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04 following the STR provided in the description. I will mark this issue as NEW in order for our developers to get involved.

It doesn't look like a private browsing issue to me, so I am moving the bug to the Address Bar
module for better triage.

We do not have the capability to disable general (bookmark/history) suggestions in private browsing mode currently. Bug 1846579 is looking at adding these.
