https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/d7a8eadc28298c31381119cbf25c8ba14b8712b3/browser/themes/shared/privatebrowsing/aboutPrivateBrowsing.css#320 seems to be a no-op today (with browser.privatebrowsing.felt-privacy-v1 = false) as 15px is already the default font size, and is interfering with the styling update for bug 1847102.
