The patch enables the font fingerprinting in the private browsing mode.
We only enable font fingerprinting outside of the Nightly channel. So,
we disable canvas randomization outside of the Nightly channel in this
patch.

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: The font visibility restrictions protects Firefox users from font fingerprinting. Therefore, this is a privacy improvement for private browsing users.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: No, this doesn't affect Firefox for Android.
[Suggested wording]: The visibility of fonts to websites has been restricted to system fonts and language pack fonts in private browsing windows to mitigate font fingerprinting.

Thanks, added to the Fx118 nightly/beta release notes. Keeping the relnote? flag open to keep it on the radar for inclusion in our final release notes.
