justdave, is 5.1.3 the same as 5.3.3?? "git pull" changed the Bugzilla version on my machine from 5.1.2+ to 5.3.2+. If yes, what's the corresponding blocking flag? And what will be the stable version based on 5.3.2+?

Yes, they're the same, it got renumbered because of 5.2 not being based on it.
5.3.x is semi-abandoned. We're attempting to uplift the stuff we want to keep from it into Harmony. So there will be no stable version based on 5.3.x.
We want the current batch of security bugs still fixed in it for the people that are using it until the upgrade from 5.3.x to Harmony actually works.
