This is a META bug to track the differences on how the text is structured/displayed on certain websites compared to Chrome.

  • Note: Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Reproducible on fandom.com (tested URL: https://gta.fandom.com/f )

Note: Unchecking display: inline-block; from the source code it displays the text the same as on Chrome

Reproducible on chase.com (footer of the page).

Tested on Windows 10 / Firefox Nightly 120.0a1 (2023-09-28).

A meta bug here isn't very helpful. We might need a knowledge base entry if there's a common cause (e.g. different font selection, different kerning).
