The patch to bug 1975729 removes skip-if = ["os == 'mac' && verify && debug"] # Bug 1850159 at https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/584b344830aa2558985675b99aaadbb915402caa/toolkit/mozapps/extensions/test/browser/browser.toml#120

I'll close this bug once the other patch lands and sticks.
