favicon for previous page shown (not updated) in windows taskbar preview after navigation to a page without favicon

Steps to reproduce:
got to a normal page that has a favicon set, e.g. www.nu.nl
in the same tab, go to a page that has no favicon set, e.g. a local html file with an empty "head" section
Actual results:
favicon on browser tab is correctly set in both cases
favicon on windows taskbar preview is NOT set correctly in second case, it still shows the favicon from the first page
Expected results:
the preview should not show a favicon when the page does not have one

I forgot to mention that option "show tab previews in the Windows taskbar" must be on
with this option "off", always the small firefox icon is used, and there is no problem.
