Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.bell.ca/Bell_Internet/Internet_access
  2. Observe the page

Expected Behaviour:
The page loads.

Actual Behaviour:
The page is blank.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  4. Reproduciblw with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private mode
