Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to : https://auth0.openai.com/u/signup/identifier?state=hKFo2SBuMkt4N3N2Y1lFRlJ2RjViRmZPWFR4VHlmYW1iZU5sQaFur3VuaXZlcnNhbC1sb2dpbqN0aWTZIFI0bmxCRTdpb2FFZVZFNEFzc1JWanFGMVdTTG
- Proceed with the account creation and verification process.
- Open the link sent for account verification and creation via email in the same browser session.
- Tap on the "Birthday" input field.
- Observe the format inside.
Expected Behavior:
"DD/MM/YYYY" format is shown
Actual Behavior:
"MM/DD/YYYY" format is shown
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Screenshot attached
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 122 and 124.
Tested with:
