Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to : https://auth0.openai.com/u/signup/identifier?state=hKFo2SBuMkt4N3N2Y1lFRlJ2RjViRmZPWFR4VHlmYW1iZU5sQaFur3VuaXZlcnNhbC1sb2dpbqN0aWTZIFI0bmxCRTdpb2FFZVZFNEFzc1JWanFGMVdTTG
2. Proceed with the account creation and verification process.
3. Open the link sent for account verification and creation via email in the same browser session.
4. Tap on the "Birthday" input field.
5. Observe the format inside.

Expected Behavior:
"DD/MM/YYYY" format is shown

Actual Behavior:
"MM/DD/YYYY" format is shown

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
• Works as expected using Chrome
• Screenshot attached
• Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 122 and 124.
