Firefox version: Nightly 119.0a1 (2023-08-28)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.samsung.com/us/support
2. Wait for the page to fully load.
3. Check if the "Feedback" button is displayed on the right side of the page.

Expected Behaviour:
The "Feedback" button is displayed on the page.

Actual Behaviour:
The "Feedback" button is missing from the page.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
4. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private mode
5. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
