Steps to reproduce:
1.Launched firefox
2.Opened given link: https://codepen.io/alexduloz/pen/nEQrQN?editors=1010
3.Press CMD+SHIFT+4 and take screenshot
Actual results:
4.Observed key events(16+91) are still there after releasing the keys
Expected results:
4 Key release should be sent of command and shift.

Additionally:
On Command + a (or any regular key), observed key event of regular key is still there after releasing of Command key.
