browser/components/customizableui/test/browser_history_recently_closed.js tests the visibility and functionality of the recently closed tabs menu item in the library history menu (available from the hamburger menu or the library toolbarbutton). This is really sessionstore functionality and it could use sessionstore test helpers if we moved it.
