The current View Article is old and out of date - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-set-tab-pickup-firefox-view. It was probably released with the MR (there is a Colorways reference in there).
The New Features are available as left nav items on the Fx View surface page:
-> Recent browsing - Quick overview of current and closed tabs and tabs from other devices
-> Opened tabs - Focus on Currently open tabs categorized by browser window
-> Recently closed tabs,
->Tabs from other device (must be logged in and synced via FxA account)
The latest build is in Nightly 119. To see it you need to set thePref flag browser.tabs.firefox-view-next = true.

Please note that the View Icon has changed from the Firefox logo to a little Filing cabinet icon (the position is the same however)

Does this content need to be localized to any specific languages? - No, We can follow normal localization process for this. Once the content is ready and updated to Kitsune, contributors can update the localization of the updated content.

If you can publish it for 119 Beta would be preferable because we're already into the 119 Nightly and release notes for Beta (as with Nightly) will indicate that Firefox View has changed yet the link to the SUMO article is outdated.

Hello Sarah,
Our content process on SUMO is a bit different. We only publish for release in most situations. In some cases we will publish content for nightly and Beta, but that is reserved for Certain Experiments or very significant impacting changes. As this is a normal part of the Desktop release cycle, it will follow the normal publishing process.
This can mean that in product links will show a page not found or that the content may be outdated until the GA release. This is known and acceptable considering we don't publish for nightly and beta.
