Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to : https://news.yahoo.com/off-duty-nypd-officer-shot-143654712.html
- Tap on the "View comments" button below the article.
- Tap on the "What do you think" input field.
- Observe the result.
Expected Behavior:
The "Sign up to post" button is overlapped by the keyboard.
Actual Behavior:
The "Sign up to post" button is shown.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Screenshot attached
- The page gets narrowed
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Browsers: Firefox Nightly 124.0a1-20240215210102 / Firefox Release 122.0.1-20240205133611 / Chrome 121.0.6167.144
Note: Not reproducible on Chrome
