Firefox version: Nightly 119.0a1 (2023-08-31)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://video.search.yahoo.com/search/video;_ylt=AwrFRube9PFkuA47lKyJzbkF?p=test&fr=sfp&fr2=p%3As%2Cv%3Ai%2Cm%3Apivot
2. Click on kebab menu "More" button.
3. Observe the options from the kebab menu.

Expected Behaviour:
The icons are displayed for the options from the "More" kebab menu.

Actual Behaviour:
The icons are missing for the options from the "More" kebab menu.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue but now it reproduces on the other browsers as well.

Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Browsers: Firefox Nightly 124.0a1 (2024-02-15) / Firefox Release 122 / Chrome 121.0.6167.86
