+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1851389 +++

Bugzilla could use a higher resolution image for favicon. We could also use the newer buggy design and make it a bit more vibrant.

This bug is for the harmony branch.

There is an open PR for 5.2 already https://github.com/bugzilla/bugzilla/pull/116, but for harmony I think it would be nice to include more meta tags in the head tag with different image formats and sizes so that we have more coverage of what is expected from sites nowadays.
