Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.accuweather.com
2. Check if there's a video below the header on the right side of the page.

Expected Behaviour:
There's a video displayed on the right side of the page, below the header.

Actual Behaviour:
The video is missing from the page.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
4. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private
5. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
