something as simple as saying the user can reproduce this on Try with mach try perf --alert <alert_number> could be added to the comment 0 alert.

since not many people are 1) aware of this and 2) may not use try perf or --alert flag that often, so they may forget between alerts.

this will increase visibility and streamline reproducing alerts on Try for developers
