Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 119.0a1 (2015972515-🦎119.0a1-20230905215534🦎

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to :https://www.instagram.com/
2. Perform account login.
3. Locate a desired post and tap on the comment button located under the post.
4. Scroll the page so that the comment input field is visible.
5. Tap inside the comment input field and observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The bottom action bar has a static position

Actual Behavior:
The bottom action bar has a fixed position and it is overlapped by the triggered keyboard

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
• Works as expected using Chrome
• Screenshot attached
• Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
