1851869 - Brief white screen when opening a youtube video in fullscreen

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/119.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set a light theme for system/Firefox.
2. Set youtube to Dark theme.
3. Open a video in yt.
4. Press F to open it in fullscreen.

Actual results:

A white screen covers the entire screen when entering/exiting fullscreen for a little while (it's more than a "flash"). The colour is theme-depended.

Expected results:

This was regressed by Bug 1847584.

I'm usually using KDE/KWin/X11, but I was able to reproduce it on KWin/Wayland, and Windows 11 after zeroing the transition times (full-screen-api.transition-duration).

Okay, so this is basically bug 1713739, but my patch made it apply to top-level documents too...
