misses a similar tweak.

More specifically, the script that generates the list of module dependencies
runs make on existing makefiles.  Since the script was run on linux, it only
picked up the dependencies listed in the linux build.  The script needs to be
rewritten to find and traverse every Mozilla Makefile.in in the build.
