Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 119.0a1 (2023-09-11)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://help.twitch.tv/s/global-search/user?language=en_US
  2. Observe the page.

Expected Behaviour:
No extra scroll bars displayed on the right side of the articles.

Actual Behaviour:
An extra scroll bar is displayed on the right side of the articles.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible on Chrome
  4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
