185300 - arrow-key navigation and copy/paste don't work in pop-up windows

Upon logging into Xanga (www.xanga.com) and creating a new entry, a new window
pops up in which text can be entered. Unfortunately none of the arrow keys work
- you can use the mouse to select and you can delete text, but you can't use the
arrow keys to move through what you're typing.

The arrow keys work after creating a new tab in the window that called the pop-up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to your Xanga site.
2. Click "New Weblog entry" and a window should pop up. Click in the text window.
3. Type any text, then try to use the arrow keys. They won't work.
4. Click back into the first window and create a new tab.
5. Click back into the pop-up window and click into the text box. Arrows should
work now.

Actual Results:  
Arrow keys don't work

Expected Results:  
I should have been able to use the arrow keys.

Confirming. I've noticed this in other sites as well (as recently as the 12-13
build). I've also noticed that Copy and Paste don't always work in the textareas
of pop-up windows.

If you switch to a different app, switch back to Chimera, and refocus the
textarea or text input, suddenly arrow-key navigation and copy/paste work again.
Very strange. Changing severity from minor to normal since inability to use
copy/paste is a significant issue.
