The 0B8 built causes video buffering during youtube viewing. sometimes both video and audio disappeared. no buffering issue in 0b7.

No Audio fixed . v118. 0b8 cause buffering with arm v7a device. did not have buffering in 0b7 release.

Those video played ok are 720p. if I play 1080p youtube firefox will buffering. repeatable.
armv7a with 1gb ram.

One 480p vudeo did a short stutter running circke.

it is Android 9

It happens every 90 seconds. repeatable regardless of 1080p or 480p etc.

@ f38382014, thanks for reporting this bug! So you suspect this is a regression in beta build v118.0 b8? I'll ask the Gecko Media Playback team if anything video code changed between 0b7 and 0b8. Are you able to reproduce this bug in Firefox Nightly (v119)?

@ QA: can you reproduce this bug? eclaudiu64 said they can reproduce.

f38382014, good catch identifying b8 as the first bad build! The Gecko changelog between b7 and b8 includes a fix (cubeb bug 1848518) is related to audio playback:

Looks like we have another bug tracking this regression (bug 1853012), so I will mark this bug as a duplicate of that bug.

I do not have v119 nightly. I cannot say it will shiw the same problem.

I observed that to he exact every 89 seconds (not 90 seconds) video will pause and having running cirvle.
this means running circle can be observed at
1.29 min of video
2.98 min of video
4.27-4.28 min video
and so on...

Thank you for reporting. I updated bug 1853012 to reflect that I now experience the issue in Firefox 118 beta 8 as well. I think we are experiencing the same problem indeed.
