Steps to reproduce:

After updating from 116.0.3 + build2-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 ~ mt1 to 117.0.1 + build2-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 ~ mt1 Firefox behaves unstable.

OS: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster) armv7l
Host: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.2
Kernel: 5.10.103-v7l+
DE: LXDE
WM: Openbox
Theme: Adwaita [GTK3]
Icons: Adwaita [GTK3]
Terminal: lxterminal
Terminal Font: Monospace 10

Actual results:

When you hover over a menu item, it is displayed in black. If you press the mouse button in the Firefox window, the program crashes. I add a screenshot file and strace conclusions at the time of departure of the program.

Expected results:

Stable operation of the program without deviations. Previously did not notice any errors in the image output.

When using snap-version 117.0.1-2, everything works fine.
I accidentally took duplicates of messages (when trying to add a lot of text to the file, an error popped up and I did not notice that messages were being sent). Please hide or remove them.

Rak4ta, to bypass the effects of any extensions, could you please check if the issue is reproducible in safe mode? - that's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More details here.

Simona Badau, the same thing that I wrote about above is reproduced in safe mode and with the settings reset.

Moving this to Core > Graphics to allow our engineers to take a closer look at this issue. If this is not the right component, please assign a more appropriate one. Thanks!

When using snap-version 117.0.1-2, everything works fine.

Where was it installed from previously?

I didn't quite understand the question. Version 117.0.1 + build2-0ubuntu0.18.04.1, which did not work for me, downloaded from mozillateam/ppa.

It sounds like a packaging issue.
Could you attach the contents of your about:support to this bug?

Glenn, do you think this is a packaging issue since the snap version works?

Are you able to report this upstream to the PPA maintainers?

Are you able to report this upstream to the PPA maintainers?

Should I create a report on this link?
