Same issue can be reproduced on https://www.amazon.ca/ in Nightly 124.0a1 on Windows10 x64 and macOS 11 ARM. In case user has at least one login saved in about:logins for this site, the saved login will be suggested when clicking inside the CVV field.

I am still able to reproduce the issue using Firefox Nightly 132.0a1, as described in Comment 0. "Use a securely generated password" dropdown is displayed on the CVV field.
Setting extensions.formautofill.heuristics.autofillSameOriginWithTop to True does not solve the issue.
Attaching a screen recording as well.
Not sure if the details from about:autofill are helpful in this case as the CVC field details are not displayed.
Checking the origin of the CVC field via right click -> This Frame -> View Frame Info, it seems that it has the same origin as the rest of the fields.
