We are no longer in need of the MozillaIAM extension as we are taking a different path to syncing BMO with LDAP usernames. Along with removal of the extension itself, we also need to drop the profiles_iam table which stored a mapping of user_id to iam_username. Also, we need to drop all places in the UI and the API where iam_username was returned and allowed to be modified (editusers.cgi).
