For simplification and less of a future maintenance concern, we should remove the following extensions that are currently disabled:

Ember
Example
OldBugMove
ShadowBugs
LimitedEmail

We can leave Example in place and disabled as it could provide useful information to writing future extensions as reference.

Administrative Note:
Once the pull request has landed and pushed to production, we will need to drop the cf_shadow_bug custom field from the bugs table using the admin UI. It is no longer used and belonged to the ShadowBugs extension only.
