if you only have a 'default' profile, you cannot run Mozilla and Netscape 7 at the same time, without creating a new profile under one of the browsers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start mozilla
2. start netscape 7
3.

Actual Results:  
'cannot start program, profile in use'

Expected Results:  
It would be nice to be able to run both at once, without having to create two profiles. even if Mozilla were to simply copy Netscape's profile to it's own folder.
