1853710 - Try to re-enable widget.non-native-theme.webrender on macOS for Beta / Release

In bug 1715452 we disabled widget.non-native-theme.webrender on macOS in Firefox Beta and Firefox Release. This means that in-content theme drawing (scrollbars, buttons etc) is slower on Release than on Nightly.

We should try to reproduce the driver bugs that caused bug 1715452, find out how to work around them, and re-enable the pref.

This probably affects the Speedometer 3 score on macOS.

Lots of things have happened since bug 1715452. I've asked the reporter
if he can still reproduce the issue tho.
