This bug tracks moving ServiceWorker IPC protocols to PBoundStorageKey as discussed on bug 1853706. High level design decisions should be discussed there. This would not include moving the Clients API protocols which are sufficiently distinct that they should be their own bug.

The work is not currently planned; the bug was filed as a placeholder to have a concrete bug in other discussions.
