I submitted a new KB article as a regular contributor, but that got lost for a bit. So I've filed this bug to request it: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1854428

To clarify, I think bug is Nightly only (unless the user fishes around in about:config). This UI element is gated on privacy.globalprivacycontrol.functionality.enabled which is Nightly only.

Setting low/no severity for now, but we should ensure that this gets fixed before we consider letting this feature ride out from Nightly.
