Reporter, could you please try with the latest nightly and a new profile? This
is WFM for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a)

the problem isn't a bug.
Phoenix,Mozilla or Netscape do the problem only when
some process is using /dev/dsp.
To restart the browser is needed stop the process who
is using device(xmms, for example).

Okay, so this is a dupe of bug 58339. You should get Flash 6 for Linux, it seems
to be fixed with it. You can download it there:
