Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to : https://kidshealth.org/en/parents/
  2. Scroll the page and locate the "Managing your toddler's behavior" section
  3. Play the embedded video.
  4. Observe the video control options.

Expected Behavior:
The PiP option is present

Actual Behavior:
The PiP option is missing

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
  • Works as expected using Chrome
  • Screenshot attached
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
