[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Go to: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwxFVkl63-lEY3l3ODJReDg3RzQ/view?resourcekey=0-5kDw2QbFk9eLrWE1N9M1rQ and click to play the H.264 in MOV video sample.
2. Observe Full screen button

[Expected result]:

Full screen button is not displayed greyed out

[Actual result]:

Full screen button is displayed greyed out even though the button is functional

[Regression range]:

I will provide a regression range asap.

[Additional Notes]:
Sometimes with a new profile a tooltip is displayed with the message "Full screen is unavailable. Learn more" and then the button is not clickable but after a while the Fullscreen works with double click.

I tried to find a regression range but because the bug is intermittent, I was unable to find one.
