Pac Bell recently started using yahoo to handle mail.  The addresses are
supposed to be POP - pop.pacbell.yahoo.com, SMTP - smtp.pacbell.yahoo.com . 
These can be entered ok, but for some reason, pacbell wants a "%" instead of "@"
in the addresses.  I can accomplish this to receive mail, but there is no way I
can find to do this to send mail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.attempt to send mail
2.asks for password
3.password given (works to receive mail) is called incorrect
4.mail is not sent


Actual Results:  
intense frustration

Expected Results:  
allow full entry of each address, including % instead of @

This seems to be a trend.  

4.5 and 4.7 Netscape can be made to work.
