All of the CACHE_SERVICE_LOCK_* probes are unused
Additionally, HTTP_OFFLINE_CACHE_DOCUMENT_LOAD and CACHE_OFFLINE_SEARCH_2 should be removed since appcache is no longer used.

- Remove CACHE_SERVICE_LOCK_WAIT_* as they are no longer referenced
- Remove HTTP_OFFLINE_CACHE_DOCUMENT_LOAD as it's no longer useful - appcache got removed
