Steps to reproduce:

Viewing an HDR JPG with a gain map is not properly supported.

Actual results:

Shows as SDR on an HDR monitor which should show the HDR version of a gain map.

Expected results:

The image should be displayed as HDR on a display HDR capacity. Note that this request for gain map support is dependent on support for HDR photos in general (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1793091)
