[wdspec] Add "channel" tests for "script.evalute" and "script.callFunction"

At the moment we have the tests for the channel only as part of the script.addPreloadScript command but as mentioned by James it is always possible to use a channel as well for script.evaluate and script.callFunction.
We should add wdspec tests for both of these commands to verify the correct behavior.

We have already tests for channel for script.callFunction here: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/tests/webdriver/tests/bidi/script/call_function/channel.py and https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/tests/webdriver/tests/bidi/script/call_function/invalid.py#118-129. And evaluate doesn't have arguments parameter, so we can not supply channel for it.
