Steps to reproduce

1. Open a PDF image.
2. Add 2 images to the PDF file.
3. Add alt text to one of the images.
4. Save the PDF file with the Added images.

Expected result

• The PDF file should save with all the added images.

Actual result

• The Images are not saved if one of them has Alt Text.
  Please note that if we add Alt Text to all images the PDF file will save correctly with all of the images.

Already did this is Fixed as well in our latest Nightly build 20230927090241.
