The tail calls proposal is currently implemented and enabled for nightly and with fuzzing enabled. We agree to keep it disabled for 120, though it needs to compiled with release/beta code base.
Main concern is bug 1846911, though we agree to accept this regression.
The preferences will still be off, but enabled in the configuration/build script.
